Gwen Lee: Gwen is Mike Steward’s Assistant. Gwen sits at our front desk and interacts with the majority of prospective tenants either in person or over the phone. Gwen is here to help you find the perfect property that fits your needs!
Darcy Willis: Darcy is Diane Steward’s assistant and plays an active role in our back office functions. Along with several other key responsibilities, Darcy processes applications and aids Diane in processing invoices and owner payments. She also serves as backup with prospective tenants and work orders.
Rick Shick: Rick has been with us since day one. Rick has his broker’s license in Alabama as well as Florida. Rick is our managing broker at Steward Real Estate, where he helps buyers and sellers during all stages of a real estate transaction. Rick also signs up investors that are new to Long Term Rental Group.
Diane Steward: Diane is co-owner of the company. Diane works as team leader for our group and processes all owner payments.
Mike Steward: Mike primarily keeps our company pointed in the right direction and works on our continued growth. On a daily basis Mike works with Rick with our sales division, Diane and the Long Term Rental Group team and with Gwen and Kristie growing our vacation rentals.
